NexGen Cards Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at NexGen Cards! We want to ensure your trading card games, collectibles, and hobby supplies reach you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Scope of Shipping

  • Domestic Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories).

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing & Transit Timelines

To give you a clear expectation of when your package will arrive, your delivery window is broken down into two parts: Processing Time and Transit Time.

  • Order Processing Time:

    • All orders take 1 to 3 business days to process, securely pack, and hand off to our shipping carriers.

    • Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or during major holidays may require the full 3 business days to process.

  • Transit Time:

    • Once your package leaves our facility, standard domestic transit time takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your destination.

    • Total estimated delivery time from the moment you place your order is typically between 6 to 10 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your shipping label is generated, an automated email containing your tracking number (from USPS, UPS, or FedEx) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking link to activate and display initial scan updates.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Restrictions

  • Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We do ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses via USPS, though transit times to military bases may occasionally vary beyond our standard 5-to-7-day window.

  • Address Corrections: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can only update the address if the order has not yet left our processing queue.
