How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?
We break our shipping down into two steps:

Processing: All domestic orders take 1 to 3 business days to safely pack and hand off to our carriers.

Transit: Once shipped, standard domestic transit takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your door. Total delivery time is typically 6 to 10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
No. NexGen Cards currently offers domestic shipping only within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories).
Where can I find my tracking number?
An automated email containing your carrier tracking information (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) is sent out the moment your shipping label is generated. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update their tracking page scans.

Can I return a sealed hobby box or a single card if the price drops?
No. The Trading Card Game (TCG) and collectibles market is highly volatile. Because prices fluctuate rapidly, all sales on factory-sealed products, packs, and singles are final. We do not offer price matching or retroactive refunds if an itemโs market price changes after purchase.
What is your policy on pre-orders?
Pre-orders are binding commitments. Because we lock down inventory with our distributors months in advance, any customer-requested pre-order cancellation is subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If an item is delayed by the manufacturer, your pre-order automatically rolls over to the new release date.
What happens if my order has both in-stock and pre-order items?
To keep shipping efficient, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are fully in stock. If you want your in-stock accessories or packs immediately, please place separate orders.

How do I know your sealed boxes haven't been searched or resealed?
We enforce a strict Tamper-Free Guarantee. All factory-sealed products are sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and verified distributors. We utilize internal batch logging and weight verification before shipping to ensure everything you receive is 100% untampered with.
My card has a printing line or poor centering straight out of the pack. Can I get a replacement?
Minor factory defects (such as print lines, off-centering, or soft corners straight out of a sealed pack) are printing variances handled directly by the manufacturer (e.g., The Pokรฉmon Company, Wizards of the Coast). They do not qualify for a store return or exchange.
