NexGen Cards Refund & Return Policy
At NexGen Cards, we strive to provide our community with the highest quality trading card games (TCG) and collectibles. Because of the unique, highly volatile nature of the collectibles market, we enforce strict return guidelines to maintain product integrity and prevent fraud.
Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Final Sale Policy (TCG & Hobby Products)
To protect the integrity of our inventory and ensure all customers receive untampered merchandise, all sales on the following items are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

Factory-sealed hobby boxes, booster packs, and blister packs.

Trading Card Game (TCG) singles, graded cards ("Gem Mint"), and raw cards.

Special order items, pre-orders, and limited-edition releases.
Why? TCG market prices fluctuate rapidly daily. Additionally, this policy guarantees our community that every sealed product bought from NexGen Cards is 100% authentic and has never been searched, weighed, or resealed.
2. Eligible Items for Return
Non-TCG merchandise—such as unopened card sleeves, deck boxes, binders, and other storage accessories—may be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return, these accessory items must be:

Completely unused and in the exact same condition that you received them.

In their original, unaltered, and undamaged packaging.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Damages, Defects, and Discrepancies
We take great care in packaging your orders safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please notify us immediately so we can correct it.

You must contact us within 48 hours of package delivery or in-store purchase.

Please provide clear photos of the damaged shipping box, the product itself, and your order details in your email.

Note: Factory printing defects on trading cards (such as centering issues, print lines, or minor corner wear straight out of a sealed pack) are handled directly by the manufacturer (e.g., The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast) and do not qualify for a return through NexGen Cards.
4. Refund Processing
Once your eligible return (accessories only) is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your financial institution to post the transaction back to your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
