Pre-Order Informations

Pre-ordering is the best way to secure high-demand hobby boxes, booster cases, and limited-edition trading card sets before their official worldwide release dates. Because we must commit to explicit product allocations with our distributors months in advance, all pre-orders placed with NexGen Cards are bound by the following terms:

1. Payment at Checkout

  • Immediate Billing: Full payment is collected at the time you place your checkout order. This guarantees your allocation spot in line and secures the locked-in price.

2. The "Ship Together" Rule (Combined Shipping)

  • Single Shipment Delay: If your checkout cart contains both an in-stock item and a pre-order item (or multiple pre-order items with different release dates), your entire order will be held until all items are in stock.

  • Split Shipping: If you want your in-stock card accessories or early-release packs shipped immediately, please place separate orders for them. We cannot manually split an order after it has been paid for without charging additional shipping carrier fees.

3. Release Date Shifts & Delays

  • Estimated Dates: All release dates displayed on our product pages are strictly manufacturer estimates.

  • Unforeseen Delays: Production delays, distributor logistics issues, or customs delays occasionally happen at the publisher level (e.g., The Pokรฉmon Company, Bandai, Wizards of the Coast). If a set is delayed, your pre-order automatically shifts to the revised official street date. Delays out of our direct control do not qualify for a waiver of standard cancellation fees.

4. Distributor Allocations & Stock Reductions

  • Shortages: On rare occasions, manufacturers scale back nationwide allocations, meaning our distributors might ship us less product than initially promised.

  • Fulfillment Order: If an allocation cut happens, we fulfill pre-orders in the exact sequential order they were received. Any remaining unfulfillable orders will be canceled immediately and issued a 100% full refund with zero fees.

5. Pre-Order Cancellations

  • Processing Fee: Because merchant payment systems charge non-refundable processing fees and we lock down distributor stock specifically for you, any approved customer-requested pre-order cancellation is subject to a 15% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted directly from your final refund amount.

  • Deadlines: No pre-orders can be edited or canceled within 48 hours of the official release date, as packages are already entering the fulfillment queue at that time.
