Warranty & Guarantee Policy
At NexGen Cards, we take pride in supporting the collecting community. Because our inventory consists primarily of collectible items, trading card games (TCG), and factory-sealed memorabilia, traditional consumer retail warranties do not apply. Instead, we offer clear product guarantees and outline how factory-level defects are handled.
1. The NexGen Authenticity & Tamper-Free Guarantee
We understand that trust is everything when buying high-value trading cards and hobby boxes. NexGen Cards guarantees the following for every single product we sell:

Direct Sourcing: All factory-sealed products (booster boxes, cases, packs, ETBs) are sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and verified distributors.

Tamper-Free Inventory: We guarantee that our sealed merchandise has never been searched, weighed, resealed, or modified in any capacity.

Single Card Integrity: All trading card singles and graded cards are thoroughly verified by our staff for absolute authenticity before they are put on our shelves or listed online.
2. Manufacturer Defect Disclaimer (Factory Variance)
Because items like booster packs are randomized and sealed at the factory level, NexGen Cards does not warrant or guarantee the contents inside a sealed product.

Printing Variances: Minor card imperfections resulting from the factory printing process—including but not limited to off-centering, minor ink print lines, roller marks, or soft corners straight out of the pack—do not constitute "damaged goods" and are not eligible for a store refund or exchange.

Claims Handling: Major errors (such as missing a guaranteed hit or card count from a sealed box, or cards severely miscut/crimped by factory packaging machinery) must be handled directly by the game’s publisher or manufacturer (e.g., The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Bandai, etc.) under their specific product replacement lifecycles.
3. Accessory Product Warranty
For non-TCG collectible accessory merchandise (such as premium card storage binders, heavy-duty deck boxes, playmats, and protective card sleeves):

We guarantee these products are free from structural or material defects upon purchase or package delivery.

If you discover a manufacturing structural flaw (e.g., a broken binder zipper or split sleeve seams out of the pack), you must notify us within 48 hours of in-store purchase or delivery to be eligible for a direct replacement.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratching, or damage caused by improper usage over time.
