Ordering & Availability
At NexGen Cards, we strive to keep our inventory accurate and fair for all players and collectors. Because of the limited print runs and high demand intrinsic to the Trading Card Game (TCG) market, the following terms apply to all orders placed online or in-store.
1. Stock Status & Inventory Discrepancies

Real-Time Inventory: Our digital storefront updates automatically to reflect actual stock levels on our retail floor.

Inventory Errors: In rare instances of simultaneous online/in-store purchases or data syncing delays, an item may show as available when it is out of stock. If we cannot fulfill an item you ordered, we will notify you immediately, cancel the unavailable item, and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Purchase Limits (Anti-Bot & Anti-Scalping)
To ensure that a single buyer cannot clear out highly sought-after sets or competitive singles, we reserve the right to enforce strict quantity limits per customer, household, or credit card.

Limits are typically applied to newly released hobby boxes, special collector's sets, and high-demand promotional items.

Any attempt to bypass these limits using multiple accounts, matching shipping addresses, or automated checkout software (bots) will result in the immediate cancellation of all associated orders minus a transaction fee.
3. Price Adjustments & Cart Holds

Market-Based Pricing: Our prices adjust dynamically based on live TCG market fluctuations. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not lock in its price or guarantee its availability.

Completed Orders: A price and stock allocation are only secured once your checkout is complete and you receive an official order confirmation email.
4. Order Verification & Security Fraud Reviews
To maintain a safe marketplace for the TCG community, high-value orders or transactions flag-matched by our payment processors (Shopify Payments / Stripe) may be placed on a temporary hold.

We reserve the right to request additional identity verification to confirm the purchase is authorized.

If a flagged order fails our security review or the buyer refuses to comply with verification within 48 hours, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
